The LithoFrame incorporates the art of lithophane—a technique where images are intricately turned into a 3D model with varying thickness.When backlit, these varying thicknesses allow light to pass through at different intensities, rendering a detailed grayscale image. The LithoFrame is designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia using a farm of high quality 3D printers.
